Hermes Zayn Gmail Read Only is a private internal application operated by Buzz Digital Sdn Bhd for authorised company personnel.
The application accesses Gmail messages, message metadata, and Gmail settings only after an authorised account owner grants consent. The OAuth permission is limited to read-only Gmail access.
Data is used solely to search, review, and summarise company email for internal operations. The application does not sell user data or use Gmail data for advertising.
OAuth credentials are stored on a private company-controlled server with restricted file permissions. Access is limited to authorised company automation and personnel.
Google user data is not sold or shared with third parties except where required to provide the requested internal service, comply with law, or protect the security of the service.
Access remains active until revoked or no longer required. Users may revoke access from their Google Account connection settings. Stored credentials and associated cached data can be deleted on request.
